APPLICATION: FOR AUTOMETIC WELDING LIGHT POLE MAX LENGTH 14000MM.

LIGHT POLE SHUT-WELDING MACHINE MODEL: 500/14000, it is suitable for one piece type polygonal (Octagonal) and circle taper(Conical) light pole. it is automatic welding line, the trolley with speed adjustable frequency motor can push the light pole from small end to big end, The hydraulic cylinder through mechanical chain, worm wheel push the clamping wheel to close the pole and do welding at same time.

1. CNC control automatic adjustment, CNC control system, as the light pole diameter changes, automatically adjust the clamping pressure, automatically adjust the position of the clamping roller, automatically match the feeding speed and position, and keep the welding seam always in a closed state to ensure smooth welding.

2. Through the camera installed on the machine head, the welding seam is reflected on the screen of main control panel, making the tracking of the welding seam simple and easy, and reducing the labor intensity of the operator for monitoring of the welding.

3. With networked system, after the machine is connected to the Internet on the client's side, the machine supplier can assist the client with remote fault diagnosis and remote parameter adjustment. It is convenient for customers to quickly resume production.

4. Street light pole loading and unloading system: On the left side of the machine, there is a storage rack, which can store 20~30 poles (the number varies according to the size of the poles). After the welding is completed, press the button, and the street light pole will be discharged to discharge On the storage rack which on right side of machine, it can store 20 poles (the number varies according to the size of the poles). No overhead crane is required from each pole loading to unloading.
