Application

The machine is combined CNC door cutting function, It is suitable for conical pole, round pole, octagonal light pole door CNC cutting, The cutting shape can be circle, square, rectangle, elliptic type etc and any which can be draw designed by computer.

The cutting source is automatic plasma. So the cutting speed will be much fast, and cutting edge quality is better then flame cutting. Due to the use of the U.S.-made Hypertherm plasma power supply and torch, the cutting gap is relatively small, and the cut pieces are generally used as door covers.

The pole material can be steel or Aluminum.

The welding system are applied for light pole base plate welding production. By real time communication between robot and welding power, according to different welding position to gain good quality welding seam,

Firstly, the inner and outer circumferential seam of the pole base plate is welded, and then the reinforcing rib of the base plate is welded automatically

1. With special pole expander, to make pole round or octagonal to easy to fix inside of base plate

9. The whole machine has one way movement design. It is suitable for fast quantity production. the poles stacked on the left side of the machine, moving to the right one by one to complete the welding, and the welded poles are stacked on the right. The pole moves and rises, without overhead crane, and the operator's labor intensity is low.
10. This machine also combines the CNC door cutting function of the light pole, which can automatically complete the welding of the bottom base plate, the welding of the reinforcing rib and the plasma cutting of door in one time loading and fixing. The loading time of the operator is greatly reduced, and the production space is saved.
