2. Structure information

The main machine is include the ganty type moving framework, moving track, hydraulic system, electrical system etc, support worktable and locking block will be made by buyer according to drawings.

All the clamp device is fixed on the gantry type moving framework, two units moving motor through the worm gear reducer and wheel gear reducer to take the framework moving on the track, moving speed from 0.4 to 4.0m/min also can be adjustable.

38kg/m heavy type track, high strength rod in the middle of both parallel track to avoid deformation during clamp the T beam to the H beam because of left/ right cylinder.

Hydraulic pump station, Co2 welder (provide by buyer), electrical cabinet will be put on the top of framework.
