1. Main features

● H beam gantry gate welding machine has two structures: gantry gate move type & double

cantilever move type.

● Gantry gate or cantilever drive method: AC motor and R series worm reducer.

● Welding speed: 0.15-1.5m/min.

● Arc guide frame head function is to mechanically track up and down, left and right.

● Imported frequency converter is able to realize gantry gate or cantilevers stepless speed

adjustment,with wide speed adjustment range,high accuracy and constant output torque.

● Electrical control cabinet includes main control cabinet and remote operation box.

● Two work-piece at one time.

2. Supply range

● Gantry gate unit:Gantry gate,travel device,lateral sliding device,feeding wire wheel and pipe

accessories.

● Welding arm and carriage:Welding arm,motor transmission device,move device and accessories (2 sets each).

● Arc guide device:Welding gun,mechanical adjusting unit and feeding wire machine (2 sets each).
● Flux recovery system:100kg flux recovery machine,separate material barrel,flux hopper,flux recoveryand transmission pipe.using manual.

● Electric control system:Electric control cabinet,AC frequency converter,operation box,lighting,

warning light.

● Pipe and wire system:Welding machine power wire,control wire,welding cable,gantry gate control

cable,air source pipe,suspending sliding frame.

● Welding system:MZ-1000 sub merge arc welding machine*2sets.

3. Technical specifications

H beam gantry submerged arc welding machine has stable function and fast kickback function. This arc guiding rack is triple axis mechanical tracing way, to ensure the welding gun aim at the correct position. Mainframe and welder are operated together. It is easily operated and high quality

There are two models: gantry type automatic welding machine and double column beam automatic welding machine. It adopts A.C. inverter control with functions of stable running and fast traveling speed, the seam-tracking are guide mechanism is three-spindle system to guarantee the alignment without aberrancy, the main frame and welding machine are integrated control with flux auto-recovering system and it is easy to operate with high efficiency. Double column-beam automatic welding machine can weld two pieces of beam at the same time, and the web height of beam is not limited by main machine.
