We adopt single screw extruder with pellets raw material, PLC control system, 4meters long vacuum tank, two belt haul-offs, cutter with punching machine, 3 meters stacker.

The process flow of this line is PVC pellets- single screw extruder- mould- vacuum calibration table-haul-off machine-cutting machine with punching machine-discharge stacker.
