This machine is Double C Clasping Beam Machine Line. It is an integration of various different technologies used primarily in the field of storage shelf equipment. This machine includes hydraulic decoiler, a leveling device, a forming unit, a cutting system, a double C Clasping Machine, a robot-operated automatic palletizing part, a steel coil butt welding machine, and an inkjet printer. All of these can be customized in accordance with specific needs.
The utility model relates to a double C-shaped beam. It can be used for equipment applicaations in the storage field. The key points of its technical solution are quite straightforward – it consists of two C-shaped beams that are coupled together. A number of through holes facing each other is provided for easy connection. The C-shaped beams have a limit column installed in each pair of through holes.
