The Double C Clasping Beam Machine Line is an equipment used for the field of storage shelf. It consists of various parts, including a hydraulic decoiler, a leveling device, a forming unit, a cutting system, a double C clasping machine, a robot automatic palletizing part, a steel coil butt welding machine, and an inkjet printer. All these parts can be customized according to users' needs.
The core of the Double C Clasping Beam Machine Line is the double C-shaped beam: two C-shaped beams are linked together and each of them is equipped with multiple pairs of opposite through holes. As for the through holes, there are stoppers equipped outside one end of each limit column and positioning pins equipped inside the C-shaped beam. Moreover, both ends of the positioning pin are threaded with elastic clips, a compression spring is set on the limiting column such that one end of the compression spring is provided with a positioning ring. It is partially inserted into the two elastic clips with the compression spring in a compressed state.
This creative design of the Double C Clasping Beam Machine Line provides improved stability for the connection of two C-shaped beams, making it a great tool for storage shelf equipment.
