III. 机组组成 Composed devices

1. 液压上料小车Hydraulic entry coil car

◆具有水平移动和升降功能,方便将钢卷内孔导入开卷机顶紧筒.The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.

◆液压驱动升降. It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder.

◆电机驱动水平移动.The level movement is driven by cycloid motor.

◆承载卷重:10T(Max)The capacity it can carry is 10 Tons .

2. 液压悬臂放料架Hydraulic cantilever de-coiler

◆支撑钢卷及开卷放料.Supporting the coils and doing uncoiling.

◆液压油缸涨紧结构,撑紧钢卷内孔,设置液压支撑座,It adopts the hydraulic oil cylinder to make the decoiler expandable and fit to the inner diameter of coils. It is equipped with the hydraulic supporting arm.

◆7.5KW电机带动钢卷转动,有正反转功能,并能张力放卷.7.5kw motor drive the coils running and can do forward and reverse running as well as do the decoiling with tension.

◆可确保508mm 钢卷内径. The core can ensure the expand range φ508 of the coils inner diameter.

◆机械结构:钢板与型钢焊接加工而成.Structure: welding by the steel plates and profiled bar.

◆承重10T.The capacity is 10Tons .

3. 带卷压紧拆卷装置 Hydraulic press and pinch device

◆由拆引铲头夹送等装置组成,便于喂料. It is composed of the press and pinch and shove plate and pinch device to make it convenient to feed the material.

◆摆线针轮减速机BWY215-121带动钢卷转动.Cycloid reducer BWY215-121 drive the running of steel coil.

◆液压伸缩式铲头,液压压料打头等铲送板料 Hydraulic shovel head, hydraulic power shovel-head ect feeding steel plates.

◆机械结构:钢板与型钢焊接加工而成.Structure: It is welding by steel plates and profiled bar

4. 左右导向Side guide device

◆由工作台架,导杆,调节机构,活动平板,多辊式靠轮等组成.It is composed of the frame, guide roller, adjustment device, movable platform and multi-roller wheel

◆利用两边垂直辊轮装置,引导钢带正确进入纵剪机构.The vertical rollers on the both sides guide the sheet right into the slitter.

◆两侧导位立辊由手动驱动两端丝杆调节.调节宽度500-1600mm Both sides of guiding vertical rollers adjust by manually drives the both ends of the screw. The adjusting width is: 500-1600mm.

5. 四重辊式整平机Fourfold straightening machine

◆机械构造:由17支整平辊,2支夹送咬入辊,2组支撑辊,驱动装置和机架组成.每支辊轮的两端均以滚针轴承承载传动,均为主动力辊.辊子直径84mm,辊距90mm.It is composed of 17 leveling rollers, 2 groups of supporting rollers, driving device and 2 pinch rollers and frame. Both sides of each rolling wheel is transmitted by needle pins all are the main force rollers. The rollers diameter is φ84mm and the distance between the rollers is 90mm.

◆支撑辊作用:使整平辊受力均衡,并能减小对整平辊的磨损.The function of the supporting roller is to balance the leveling rollers force and reduce the friction to the rollers.

◆工作辊用涡轮蜗杆手动调整上下间隙,以保证整平质量.The working rollers can be adjusted the gap electrically which is controlled by 2 hand wheel to ensure the leveling quality.

◆驱动方式:所有辊轮经独立接头与齿轮箱由75Kw变频电机驱动Driving model: all the independent rollers and gear box are driven by 75Kw AC motor.

6. 液压剪板机 Hydraulic cutter

◆剪切方式:闸式由下至上剪切,配合送料机来的信号指令,自动裁剪.Shear model: cut from up to down hydraulically which is cooperate with the signal direct from the feeder and shear automatically.

◆裁剪不同厚度使用间隙调整设计,可安全剪切4mm钢板Adopt gap adjusting design to cut the materials and can shear 4mm steel plate safely.

7. X升降码垛架 X-shaped lifting stacker

◆落料长度500-6000mm.(可根据客户要求定制).The length of plates can range from 500-6000mm (which can be customized)

◆码料宽度范围500-1600mm. The width can be ranged from 500 to 1600mm.

◆设有气动拍料装置.It is equipped with the piling system.

◆液压控制X台升降. Hydraulic controls the X table lifting .

8. 液压系统 Hydraulic system

◆保证液压各液压部件的使用. Ensure the using of every hydraulic part.

◆液压系统工作压力6.3-16Mp.The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 6.3-16Mpa.

9. 电器系统Electrical system

◆采用PLC控制模式. 控制全线编码定长剪切,自动计数. Adopt PLC control mode, it is controlled the whole line fixed-length cutting by codes and count automatically.

III.其他条款 Other terms

1. Packing : ( Need 2x40HQ)
2. 交货期: 收到定金后90天. Delivery time : 90 days after receiving the 30% down payment.
3. 付款方式: 30% 定金,70% 发货前付清. Payment term : Way of payment : T/T 30% as advance, 70%T/T deposit before the shipment.
4. 安装: 卖方可以派技术人员去买方工厂进行调试.签证由卖方负责,买方需要承担技术人员来回机票以及食宿费用. 支付100美金每人每天. Installation: The seller will send technician to buyer's factory. The seller will responsible for the visa fee for the engineers and the buyer should pay for the flight and the food and accommodation. Pay for 100 USD per person a day.
5. 质保期:1年 Warranty: 1 year (can provide the service for the machine whole life)
