一, Brief introduction of GM-300 multi-function cold bending machine

Cold bending machine is a kind of hydraulic mechanical processing equipment that bends section steel into different radian radii. The GM-300 series cold bending machine produced by our company is mainly used for bending steel such as steel arch. Through continuous improvement, the series cold bending machine has the advantages of simple operation, high processing efficiency, and sensitive control. It is widely used in tunnel construction, mining roadway construction, and the fabrication and construction of various arches and models for landscape steel structure modeling construction.

Curve function of top wheel stroke S and workpiece bending radius R:

S=R+r-√[(R+r) ²- (A/2) ²]

For example: R=1500 r=82.5 A=1790

S=1500+82.5-√[(1500+82.5) ²- (1790/2) ²]=277.4

The ABC curve in the figure is the function curve between the top wheel stroke and the bending radius of the workpiece. The AB section is the normal bending range, and the short BC section is the small radius bending. The forming effect is not good and should not be selected.

二, System introduction

1. Mechanical system

The mechanical system uses a cycloid pinwheel reducer to directly drive the roller to rotate at a speed of 3.7r/min. In order to realize the synchronization of the two rollers, two motors are started at the same time to realize the synchronization. In order to meet the working conditions, forward and reverse transfer can be carried out.

2. Hydraulic system

The system uses a manual reversing valve to reverse the oil pump and realize the forward and reverse movement of the oil cylinder. The one-way throttle valve is used to regulate the movement speed of the oil cylinder, and the two-way hydraulic control one-way valve is used to lock the oil cylinder. When the reversing valve is in the middle position, the system unloads, effectively preventing the system from heating.

3. Electrical system

The electrical system mainly controls the oil pump motor and the traveling roller motor. The traveling motor is equipped with positive and reverse control and overload protection. When the return oil filter is blocked and the filter element needs to be replaced, the indicator light of the filter blockage is on, and the filter element needs to be replaced. An air switch (main switch) is set in the main oil return circuit to effectively protect the whole system.
