Coiler platform:

Mechanism: foundation is steel welding part, Surface is V shape plate. V shape plate is made by 65Mn material which acceptable pressure is 20000Kg, Surface of V shape is paving by nylon plate.

Major function: One set of V shape foundation is composed by 2 block which installed in both side of olly groove. When installing, center should be alignment with dolly center. When operating, only need to take the coil on the V type foundation by crane, Dolly move to coil below, bring the coil then take it to de-coiler machine. Surface of V nylon plate 2 keep the surface smooth of steel coil

Unfixed supporting:

Mechanism: cement ground (user self-digging) both side transition bridges, transition rolling road &

oil cylinder

Major function: unfixed supporting is a deep pit which width is 6.5m×2.2m×2.5m used to store material.

Both sides installed transition rolling road to protect material surface. Transition bridge could turn over and fall to the pit, also could lift to vertical center of this line. When the line starting, the transition bridge will be lifting up, guiding the steel head of plate entering the elaborate inspection leveling machine, the drop down it into pit. Lift and drop down operation are controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder.

Adjusting center device:

Mechanism: Housing rack, standup guiding rollers, adjusting slid plate, adjusting guiding column, 3 rollers road, leading screw & manual wheel.

Major function: Before steel plate entering the elaborate inspection leveling machine, it could adjust the center of steel plate which composed of 3 standup rollers, controlled by leading screw manually. Texture of standup rollers is 40Cr, quenching rigidity is HRC60°

Cut to length machine

1) Type: Cut to length

4) Qty of cutting: 20～30 times/min.

Conveyer machine

Mechanism: Housing, conveyer belt, cycloid-pin reducer and chain, chain wheel

Major function: housing welding by square pipe, driving by plain belt to adopt the short plate

transmission, the steel plate is taken to sort rack device

Auto stacker with hydraulic lifter

Mechanism: Hydraulic lifter, Oil cylinder and unloading track

Major function: hydraulic lifter is diagonal supporting lifter which power is from hydraulic oil cylinder. The high is 500mm. Unloading track install on the platform

Hydraulic station:

1) Rating pressure: 16MPa

2) Rating output: 25Ml/r

3) Cubage of oil: 400L

4) Motor power: 7.5KW-4

5) Oil type: N46

Pneumatic system

1) Summarize: Pneumatic system is composing of gas source (self-provide), gas source processed parts, electromagnetic valve and relevant pipe, pneumatic cylinder etc. Electromagnetic valve is using famous brand of china
