The pulp molding system can use all kinds of waste paper to produce high quality molded fibre products. Such as, egg trays, egg boxes, apple trays, meat portion trays, vegetable portion trays, fruit portion trays, strawberry punnets, kidney trays, wine packs, can trays, seed pots, seed cubes, etc. it is a satisfyingly high return investment for the entrepreneurs or investors who wants a stable and consistent business.
The whole production line is fully automatic running, which can minimize labor costs.
The specifications of the pulp molding production lines are divided
due to different customer preferences, market demands, labor cost,
energy cost, field availability and climate in different areas,

box/carton(6-packed, 10-packed,12-packed,
6+6-packed,15-packed,18-packed and etc.), fruit tray(for apple,
tomato, pear and etc.), cup carrier(4 packed and 2 packed), some
medical-care products and fixed shape(the design doesn't change
frequently) pulp molding products with large quantity.
HRZ-2000M rotary type automatic paper pulp molding production line system basic constitution
The HRZ-2000M rotary type automatic paper pulp molding production line constituted by five large-scale systems:
(1) Pulping system
(2) Forming machine
(3) Drying system
(4) Finished products automatic stacking, collection and manual packing system
(5) Electricity control system
The raw materials are mainly from various pulp boards such as reed pulp, straw pulp, slurry, bamboo pulp and wood pulp, and waste paperboard, waste paper box paper, waste white paper, paper mill tail pulp waste, etc. Waste paper, widely sourced and easy to collect. The required operator is 5 people/class: 1 person in the pulping area, 1 person in the molding area, 2 people in the cart, and 1 person in the package.
