Description of SPB7 Wet shotcrete pump

SPB7 Wet shotcrete pump, it is one kind hydraulic double-piston concrete pump, suitable for the pumping/grouting of wet ready-mixed concrete/mortar/refractory material. Equipped with liquid accelerator dosing system and nozzle assembly, it is a shotcrete pump, suitable for spraying the wet ready-mixed concrete.

The SPB7 shotcrete pump can be used for the conveying and spraying of wet-mix concrete. Typical applications include permanent and temporatry rock support in tunnels and mines, or in fact wherever sprayed concrete is to be applied. It can also for pumping, grouting, repaire work, artificial soil seeding, mortar spraying, and refractory material spraying. Being a piston pump it provides much more versatility, in both mix types and potential conveying distances, than a rotor/stator pup of a similar capacity. Pumping of thick and stiff mixes also poses no problem, as the concrete is delivered up to 67bar. Its compact design enables easy integration into any kinds of carrier chassis

Application of the SPB7 wet mix concrete shotcrete pump:

1. Wet mix shotcreting for the permanent and temporary rock support in tunnels and mines, sloping engineering etc.
2. Pumping, grouting or spraying of the artificial soil seeding, mortar and refractory material, etc.
3. Artificial soil seeding for no soil surface, such as rock, sand, and for no fertility soil surface.
