INTRODUCTION OF PPR PIPE

PP-R pipe is a straight and rigid cylindrical pipe, made from Polypropylene Random Copolymer plastic, produced through a continuous extrusion process. They are commonly offered in green or white color, and in outer diameter sizes ranging from 20mm to 110mm making the pipe walls far thicker than PVC. PPR pipe is accompanied by a series of connection fittings, parts, and accessories available for every pipe diameter.

FEATURES OF MULTI-LAYER PP-R PIPE CO-EXTRUSION LINE

• Independently developed high efficiency PPR Extruder and Glass-fiber Extruder are applied, especially in the Glass-fiber Extruder that is specially designed according to glass-fiber feature, with advantages of high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively ensuring the stable extrusion.
• The adjustable co-extrusion die head, our patent product, can composite multi-layer evenly and rapidly and get optimal thickness of each layer quickly without adjusting the extruder rotating speed. Thus, the design can reduce the dependence on operator’s skill during the production process.

SHORT DESCRIPTION FOR PRODUCTION LINEAS:

* SJ series high efficient single screw PE pipe extruder is developed by our company adopting German latest advanced technology. Screw is optimization that composing separate type screw with mixing parts. Barrel is optimization that composing groove barrel with lengthened feeding segment. There are advantages as following by combining separate type screw with groove barrel:

* It's optimized in the whole material melting process. By this way, we can get more extrusion throughput. It is achieved that the extruding material melt in a much lower temperature.

* Cutting function is produced through separate clearance and makes raw material equally. It is controlled in the melt plasticization process. Therefore, the granules that have a smaller separate clearance can enter the melting channel.

* It has a wide manufacturing range for different materials. It is suitable for all kinds of polyolefin materials and especial for materials as HDPE, PP and PPR pipes.
