Brief introduction of jujube processing line

Jujube Syrup can be considered as one of the most innovative and attractive by-products in jujube processing. Especially in the Middle East and North African countries, Jujube Syrup is used as a substitute for honey or other similar sweeteners, as well as in candy and beverages. Jujube processing machinery is designed to produce syrup from fresh or dry jujubes.

Soaking, pitting and pulping of jujube processing line

Jujube is rehydrated in a soaking tank equipped with stirrer and discharge screw.

According to the required capacity, the soaked dates are sent to our stone mill super reamer or giant reamer to ensure the clean separation of stone from pulp and syrup.

Syrup filtration of jujube processing line

Before filtering the product, we pasteurize it in the hot flash of plate heat exchanger. The device has various sizes and can be installed on the slide rail. The Jujube Syrup is clarified by vacuum rotary filter with diatomite precoating. As an alternative to vacuum filters, ultrafiltration can be used.

You can also choose concentrated syrup. Our three-way evaporator is suitable for concentrating jujube syrup to 18 to 72 degrees.

Aseptic and non aseptic filling of jujube processing line

According to the specific requirements of the application, sterilizer / pasteurizer plate sterilizer / pasteurizer can be used to sterilize or pasteurize Jujube Syrup.

After sterilization, the product can be packed in sterile bags, barrels or boxes, thanks to the advanced sterile packing system.

And the whole process will be like this:

dry date washing-->sorting--> pre-cooking--> pulping and destoning--> juice storage--> juice mesh filtering--> juice micro filtering--> pasteurizing--> sterilizing-->filling.
