Description:

- The fiber optic polishign jig is is one of the indispensable accessories for the production line of fiber optic patch cords.

- Fiber optic polishing jig use to fix the fiber optic ferrule or fiber optic connector during polishing process.

- This jig is special designed for LC connector, use to fix the LC fiber optic connector when polishing.

- It if fit with KCO-PM3600 and KCO-PM6800 corner pressure polishing machine.

- It is available for PC and APC polishing type, come with 48 positions of connector (less or more position can be made according to customer request)
- High efficiency, polishing 48 tconnectors in one cycle. The first pass yield for end face quality reach 98%～100%
- Fiber polishing fixture using high quality steel with heated treat, the hardened steel S136 providing long service life.
