Product Description
Full name "water wall tube", formerly known as "water wall", also known as "rising tube". It is usually laid vertically on the inner surface of the furnace wall, which is mainly used to absorb the radiant heat emitted by the flame and high-temperature flue gas in the furnace. It is not only the main type of modern boiler evaporation heating surface, but also the basic component of boiler water circulation circuit. It has the function of cooling and protecting furnace wall, so it is named.
In the initial design of water wall, the purpose is not to heat, but to cool the furnace so that it will not be damaged by high temperature. Later, because of its good heat exchange function, it gradually replaced the drum as the main heating part of the boiler. The evaporation heating surface is laid on the inner wall of boiler furnace and composed of many parallel pipes. The function of water wall is to absorb the radiation heat of high temperature flame or flue gas in the furnace, generate steam or hot water in the tube, reduce the temperature of the furnace wall and protect the furnace wall. In the large capacity boiler, the flame temperature in the furnace is very high, and the intensity of heat radiation is very large. 40-50% or more of the heat in the boiler is absorbed by the water wall. Except for a few small capacity boilers, water wall is the main evaporation heating surface in modern water tube boilers.
Introduce
Water wall panels with pins usually laid vertically on the inner
wall of the furnace wall, it is mainly used to absorb the radiant
heat emitted by the flame and high-temperature flue gas in the
furnace.It is the main type of evaporating heating surface of all
kinds of modern boilers and the basic component of boiler water
circulation loop.Because of both cooling and protection of the
furnace wall, so the name.
The water wall was originally designed not to be heated, but to
cool the furnace from high temperature damage.Later, because of its
good heat exchange function, it gradually replaced the steam drum
as the main heating part of the boiler.
The evaporative heating surface, which is laid on the inner wall of
boiler chamber and consists of many parallel pipes.The function of
water wall is to absorb the radiant heat of high temperature flame
or flue gas in the furnace chamber, generate steam or hot water in
the pipe, and reduce the temperature of the furnace wall to protect
the furnace wall.In a large capacity boiler, the flame temperature
in the furnace is very high, the intensity of heat radiation is
very large.Forty to fifty percent or more of the heat in the boiler
is absorbed by the water wall.Except for a few small capacity
boilers, modern water tube boilers take water cooling wall as the
main heating surface of evaporation.
Types
According to the type of structure, there are three main types of
light tube type, membrane type and thorn tube type.The water wall
of optical tube is composed of a whole row of seamless steel tubes,
which has the simplest structure.Membrane type water wall is a lot
of water wall fins rolled good tube spot welding each other
together, so as to become a sealed composite heating surface, not
only can improve the air tightness of the furnace, reduce air
leakage, but also can better protect the furnace wall, so that the
furnace wall weight reduction, structure simplification;Barbed tube
water wall is in the water wall pipe welding a lot of long 20 ~
25mm, diameter of 6 ~ 12mm pin, and then apply chrome ore
refractory plastic, in order to reduce the water wall of the part
of the heat absorption, improve the temperature of the combustion
zone, suitable for fuel fire especially difficult occasions or some
