Surface Quality:

Cracks, scarring, folding, layering, lap welding and overburning defects are not allowed on the internal and external

surfaces of steel pipes. Scratches, weld dislocations, burns, oxide skin and external burr removal marks not greater

than the negative deviation of wall thickness are allowed.
