Introduce:
The Pass Box is a device that is arranged between the clean room entrance and exit or different cleanliness level rooms to block the indoor and outdoor airflow when the goods are delivered, so as to prevent polluted air from entering the clean area and causing cross-contamination. When the air showering pass box conveys the material, the top part blows out the high-speed, clean airflow, and blows off the dust particles on the surface of the cargo. At this time, the doors on both sides can be opened or closed, and the clean airflow acts as an air brake to ensure the outdoor of the clean room. Air does not affect the cleanliness of the room. A special sealing strip is installed on the inner side of the door on both sides of the pass box to ensure the airtightness of the pass box.
Purifying transfer window may transfer materials, equipment and tools under the protection of Class A environment. Materials, equipments or tools which have been purified may be delivered to the aseptic area, mainly from Class C area to Class B area. As to user's demand, the purifying transfer window can be equipped with UV germicidal lamp or ozone generator sterilization system.
Principle Of Using
One-side opening door
Since all the pass boxes are equipped with interlocking devices,
the door of the pass box can only be opened on one side and closed
on the other. Open the door of the pass box(if the other side of
the door is not closed, you can't open it), put the material to be
transferred into the pass box, close the door of the pass box, and
the other operator opens the door and takes out the material in the
pass box. , close the door of the pass box.
Pass box is a corollary equipment of clean booth and clean factory, which mainly used to pass small articles between non-clean and clean zone or low cleanliness degree zone and high cleanliness degree zone. It can remove the dust on the surface of articles. Meanwhile, this pass box can also prevent unpurified air get into clean zone.
