General description of the rolling machine
- The W12NC rolling machine has the plate end pre-bending function.
It can finish the plate moungting one time, which means it can
finish the plate pre-bending and work-piece forming without
direction turning.
- The machine work roll is main driving roller. The lower roller
vertical lifting and both sides rollers adopts hydraulic
transmission. The lifting position is controlled by a NC, screen
display, synchronization accuracy is ± 0.2mm, turnover bearing body
dumping and reset the hydraulic transmission. The tail roller is
provided with a balance mechanism, which can facilitate the
work-piece and the cylinder body unloading.
- The machine is equipped with a mobile type independent operation
platform, which is more convenient for workers to use. The machine
is is with a safety interlock, making the operation more safety.
The machine has the advantages of simple operation, convenient
repair, high rolling precision. It is a kind of advanced and
practical machine.

Feature of rolling machine:
- Four roller rolling machine is the most common, the most accurate,
the easiest rolling equipment that people use.
- The rear side roller machine can play the role of back gauge in the
feed direction.
- Any side roll tilt adjustment on the drum mismatch defects is very
convenient
- The up and lower rollers clamp the plate, so during rolling, the
sliding phenomenon does not exist. The flat plate is clamped by the
up and lower roller which can accurately avoid the risk of sheet
slippage of pre bending and bending operations. When pre bending,
there is no need to tilt the plate under the work table level.
- Once the plate edge is pre-bended, it can be rolled into a
cylinder. Plate cylinder rolling can be carried out on the machine
one side. This means that the area occupied by the equipment is
small.
- One edge of the cylinder is pre-bended, it can directly bending the
tail plate edge. (i.e. four roller bending machine can forward
bending, and also can rear bending).
- Cone rolling is also very convenient. The cone angle depends on the
side roller inclining. The lower roller tilts to clamp for feeding.
- The lower roller and the two side rollers all adopt two hydraulic
lock loop control one-way valve and H valve to ensure that the
lower roller and two side rollers can accurately stop at any
position.
- The lifting and left and right adjusting precision of the lower
roller and two side rollers is ± 0.2mm. (side roll tilt lifting
leveling precision is ± 0.2mm).
- Hydraulic system of the equipment is equipped with over pressure
protection. The electrical system is with a circuit breaker
over-current protection, overheat,thermal relay overload
protection. When the machine is in fault, fault indicator will be
on. The main action between the equipment has safety interlock
protection.
