WPC profile extrusion line/making line:

We adopt abroad advanced technique and the newes craftwork. It is main used for wood-plastic floor production line. The thickness of floor: 5-15mm, width: 100-300mm.

Description:

3. The whole production line includes conical twin screw extruder, die head, vacuum calibrating table, haul off unit, cutting unit, film sticking device, and stacker. According to the different profile section and mould design, varied models of twin screw extruder and downstream equipments can be optional.
