1, the screw
It is a complete plastic flow of key parts and plasticizing, inside the barrel rotates, the powdered plastic plasticizing into the nose, so as to achieve compaction, melting and mixing homogenization. 2, barrel

Barrel material is nitrided steel, after nitriding treatment, inner hole surface with high hardness and good wear resistance and corrosion resistance ability. The surface of the barrel is equipped with four groups of electric heaters, heat the barrel to the plastic, the plastic melt plasticization. Each heater is equipped with temperature measuring points, control the heating temperature of the barrel.
3, the head connecting body
It is the connecting head parts, it is equipped with with the nose flange connection.
4, drive
Drive system is under the condition of the selected process, must make the screw to rotate at a constant speed of torque, to complete the screw plastic plasticizing and transport. In order to meet the needs of the PE, PPR products production, the machine adopts ac motor drive, through the elastic coupling and gear reducer drive, make the speed of the screw 3.5-50 smooth, stepless speed regulation in the r/min. The speed of the screw can be directly read tachometer on the control panel.
5 and frame
Frame is made of steel, channel steel welding of steel structures.
