1.SJZ series cone twin-screw extruders are specially for various PVC powder materials. Mated with different moulds and auxiliary machinery, they can produce various PVC plastic pipes, profile materials, board materials, sheets, bars, and granulating materials.

2.The screw adopts oil cooling system while the barrel adopts air cooling system. The system is controlled by dedicated computers. According to customer requirements, most reasonable screws can be configured to achieve optimal plasticization and logistic quality.

Description:

1. Plastic profile production line is using PVC material and it is applied to produce PVC window door frame profile,PVC ceiling panel profile,PVC cable trunking profile by changing different mould. This production is composed of conical twin-screw extruder,mould,vacuum calibration table, haul-off, cutter and stacker.

2. The screw adopts oil-cooling way, and the barrel is cooled by special air- cooling

system.

3. Good and uniform plasticization, high output, wide applications, stable characters.

4.Special designed reduction box and distribution box,strengthened thrust bearing, big transmission torque, long-life.

5.PLC/PC automatic control adopted by electrical cabinet, temperature controller used by convention equipment.
