b) Roll forming machine
Main power of forming machine is from hydraulic station (controlled by inverter)
It is composed of three parts, incoming straightening part, main forming part and forming & straightening part.
Incoming side guider is suitable for material with width at 1220mm
Forming shaft: φ80×1500mm, material: 45# steel; tempering and quenching treatment before high precision finishing; 16 groups of forming station, pressing wheel material: forged 45# steel, rough lathing and precision lathing treated, outer diameter at φ165mm, hard chrome surface treatment
Welded steel base frame by channel steel and panel steel
Chain transmission, maximum forming speed at 15m/min

c) Hydraulic pressing & shearing machine

Pressing mould are made of forged Cr12MoV, controlled by two hydraulic cylinders φ80 x120
Blade’s material: forged Cr12MoV, rough machined for heat treated to hardness: HRC58~62, high precision grinding, linear cutting and etc. treatments
It adopts single hydraulic control system, at φ63 x120, one set

d) Hydraulic system
Hydraulic driving motor: 7.5KW; Vane hydraulic pump: 21Mpa, volume: 33ml/r, rating rotary speed: 1500r/min, equipped with cooler
