Description:

1. Material for wpc decking line wpc floor machine :

With special designed screw ,barrel.moule and producing process ,equipped with downstream equipment ,this line can produce PE PP PVE and wood powder profile.This is a new kind of environmental freindly building material.

2. Mixing the plastic ,wood powder ,foam agent and other additives .

After high temperature and high pressure extrusion ,the products can be used for pallets ,packing plates ,windows and door frames ,decoration panels and etc .

3. This belt extruding Machine can be used to produce various kinds of belt products including PVC sealing water stop belt, coarse surface round belt, tri-angle belt, pentagon belt, hexagon belt, anti-skid belt etc. It includes main extruder, precision extruding die and calibration system, haul off unit, cutter or winder.

4. A pre-heating feeder is mounted on the top of the extruder which extracts the humdity from the wood powder , so that the feeding section of the extruder can be filled with enough material and the plastification effect will be better. Special and well designed screw enables the raw material to be evently stay in the extruder. The screws and barrel are bi-metallic treated , more wearable and anti-corrosion.
