Cable tray roll forming machine (also called cable ladder roll forming machine) is capable of making different sizes of cable trays through replacing punching moulds. The cable trays produced by this roll forming production line are extensively used in factories and other buildings because of their accurate robustness. Cable tray roll forming machine consists of decoiler (uncoiler), leveling machine (flattener), servo feeding device, punching system, front cutting device, guiding device, roll former, rear straightening device and run-out table. With full and special experience, we can customize cable tray roll forming machines or cable tray roll forming production lines according to customers’ profile drawings and specifications.

Characteristics:

• In order to improve punching precision, we adopt servo feeding technology to make sure that the punching accuracy can reach more or less than 0.15 mm.
• In consideration of decreasing sheet distortion caused by rear cutting, Rontech cable tray roll forming machine is designed with front cutting device. This roll forming production line is also equipped with a proper guiding device to ensure that the front-cutting sheet can be fed into the roll former correctly.
• The punching device structure is flexible enough to replace punch moulds. Meanwhile, necessary safety facilities are equipped to protect the operator during replacement.
• Our cable tray roll forming machines (cable tray roll forming production lines) are designed with cantilever so that the width can be adjusted automatically by electronic controller.
