Machine description

QA-DB200 CNC bending machine is a three in one multifunctional bending machine for alomst all kinds of metal profiles, like stainless steel, Iron, Galvanized sheet, Aluminum etc. This bender machine equip with double bending head and double notching knife for two different materials, one is for aluminum only, one is for steel and iron.

The Bender machine has a separated feeding rotate talbe, automactically feeding the matetials during working, no need human operation, much more efficient and convenient.

Imported blade for steel iron slotting, round milling blade for notching aluminum.

The aluminum can have special edge, see attached photo.

When change different material, just need to change the bending head and also choose the suitable software for different material.

Equip with rolling feeding material, the built-in closed-loop control system, to realize the closed-loop control of the contour length, make sure to send the feed precision up to 0.1mm

The CNC bending machine breaks traditional sign making pattern, it can make more kinds of material. For example, traditional sign making way can not make 0.4-1.2 stainless steel be letters easily, however, our bending machine can automatically shape letters at one time.

7. It adopts two servo motors that makes feeding and bending speed faster, for example, it just spends 44s making a 30cm S.

8. Develop a self-make new software, match with machine working well and make easier process higher precision.

9.Adopts planner slotting way, making slots well and wasting cost.

10. High precision machining, feeding precision can reach 0.01mm, bending accuracy up to 0.4 °.
