About plastic mould
Plastic mold generally have cast mould, electroplating copper and
aluminum mold three
Plaster mold: use of gypsum in semi wet hand carved molding and
drying simple mold, plaster mold low cost artificial high, easy to
modify, but the plaster mold precision is not high enough, smooth
surface and fragile not durable, so it is often used in proofing
and electroplating copper model species.
Aluminum mold: aluminum ingot by mechanical (lathe, milling
machine, CNC processing and etc.). Aluminum mold, high precision,
smooth surface and durable, but the price is very expensive,
aluminum mold generally used in precision higher copper is not up
to the very large amount or plastic products.
Copper electroplating: with plaster mold for the finished product,
electroplating a layer of copper is copper electroplating, although
not very precise, but than aluminum mold prices much cheaper, due
to its surface smooth, durable and low cost advantages, copper
electroplating is the most common kind of plastic mould.
About plastic materials
Plastic products of raw materials only plastic sheets, film
