(1) 5T Manual Un-coiler

• Width of feeding: 1250mm
• Capability: 5 Ton
• Inter diameter: 500-590mm

• Mode of expand &fight: inner expand &fight by manual

(2) Punching

• Punching is after feeding and before roll forming
• Adopt same hydraulic with the post punching

(3) Forming Section (clinch)

• Roller material: ASTM1045 chrome plated surface with hardness, CNC
• Shaft diameter: ￠85mm material: SAE1045 with quenching and tempering
• Main frame by 350H beam welding
• Machine structure: wall board

(4) Post track cutting system

• Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length
• Machine track cutting, when cutting, the main roll forming part is non-stop (in no punching condition)
• Length measuring: Automatic encoder length measuring
• The cutting sequence is also contained and controlled by the same PLC program
• Tolerance of length: +/- 1.5mm for each piece end product

(5) Computer Control Cabinet

• Programmable setting of profile length and quantity
• Operating system language: English and Chinese
• Computer used to control length & quantity. Machine will automatically cut to length and stop when required quantity is achieved
