Description:

The unit is made of plastic extruder, cooling tank ,drier, pelletizing, vibration sieve, its total length is 12 meter, it make granules for PVC,pe ect. and other plastic pelletizing.

The main engine equipped with the hydraulic screen changer can continue producing and save the manpower without shutting down the machine, breaking plastic strips and remaining leftover material.

The main engine is adopted the fine machining 38GrMoAl special steel which has over five times longer working life than the common 45# carbon structure steel screw.

The auxiliary engine is used 40GR to reduce the manufacturing cost of 38GrMoAl.

The machine can be equipped with our own automatic loading machine with automatic conveying, loading, plasticizing, exhausting and extruding into one.
