DESCRIPTION

This machine is composed of main body, feeding system, welding and forming system, cutting system and control panel. The feeding system, welding and forming system, cutting system and control panel are all set on the main body. The welding system includes the welding module and forming module, the fixed connection of welding module and forming module. The cutting system includes cutting module and wire clamping module and the fixed connection of cutting module and wire clamping module. In this machine, the copper wire will be fed by feeding system to welding and forming system so it will get the wire with required welded shape. The cutting system will cut the above mentioned welded part to get your required length. Fix the braid wire plate on the feeding system, the operator only needs to operate the control panel then the machine could finish welding the cutting automatically.
