SAFM800B fully automatic double side laminator is one of our new designs which is researched and developed upon the market needs. This laminating machine is composed of feeding system, laminating system and cutting system and paper collecting and temperature control fully automatic machine. The electric and pneumatic devices are controlled by programmable control ( PLC ) system, and touched screen operation. This machine centralizes the features of high automation, high precision of lamination, humanized configuration and easy operation, and is an excellent performance of equipment for the best choice of large and medium-size enterprises.

To suit both single side and double side paper lamination

1. Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically. And paper can be added even if the machine is kept running, which improves working efficiency so much.
2. Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time.
3. Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector, paper break protector and paper superposing protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper, paper break or paper superposition occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.
4. Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. to regulate paper conveying and overlap and improve lamination prevision.
5. The upper heating roller is equipped with hot oil regulation system for raising temperature ,down heating roller is equipped with cast aluminum heater for raising temperature, the separating temperature control ensure the precision of double side lamination temperature.
6. Hydraulic pressuring system provides automatically big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.
7. Air expansion shaft releases film precisely, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient, the down releasing film system is equipped with pneumatic brake, which can not only release film but also rewinding.
8. Pneumatic cutting system realizes automatic paper cut as long as the operator inputs the size of workable paper on the touch screen.
9. Paper receiving unit is furnished with not only automatic paper collector but also vibrating receiving table. After cut, the laminated paper will be collected by automatic paper collector or be sent automatically to vibrating receiving table and put into order.
