High Mast Pole Assembly &Straightening Machine,model: HJZ-1200

(for High mast, Monopole, 5G pole)

Application:

1. It is mainly suitable for power transmission monopole, highmast and 5G pole. After bending, The two pieces of pole are assembled by the upper and side oil cylinders, and then spot welding is performed by hand to facilitate the next welding process.

2. Straighten the pole after longitudinal welding

3. Round the pole after welding to facilitate flange assembly.

• 本机为三梁工作台结构,油缸按装于上横梁中央上下运行,两侧缸按装于主机两侧面,侧缸可作上下运行.

The machine is triple-beam and working table structure, main cylinder is installed on the central of upper beam to do up and down. Two side-cylinder is installed in vertical column and it can move up and down.

• 所有动作均为点动即按住相应的按钮即有相应的动作,松开后即停止,两侧缸可同时动作也可分别动作.

All the actions are manual mode, which means when press corresponding button, relevant action will be made and stop after release, and cylinder on two sides can also be operated separately or simultaneously.

• 在机器的工作台前后位置按装两套托轮装置,以方便工件前后移动.

Two supporting rollers are installed in the work table’s anteroposterior position , in order to the pole go forward and backward easily.
