The fit up system main functional is fixed flange and pipe by point welding ,the welding power source use MIG/MAG.

The fit up system taking PLC as the core,precise fit up pipe.Has the following characteristics:

1:The use of flange hole location,to ensure that the direction of welding flange and pipe；

2:Flange with special three claw self centering chuck positioning,Hydraulic clamping and loosening,fast, convenient,

reliable positioning；

3:It can be 360 ° rotation after flange positioning,convenient around the spot welding

4:Both ends of flange connection holes that correspond to each other after fit up,both ends of the flange connection

hole position to meet the design requirements；

5:The fit up support can lift by electric,to meet the different diameter pipe and flange automatic fit up；

6:With the pipe end positioning function,to ensure the fit up interval from the pipe end face and flange end face；

1:Each welding machine adopts 4 digital MIG/MAG welding power source,less splash, stable and reliable

performance.

2:Through fully digital control,for extremely fine control on state current,get the stable welding quality.

3:PLC as the core of control system of automatic welding system,The other main control element of the

electrical system are imported products,use of reliable；The control cabinet is placed on the travel trolley,the

control cabinet is provided with an operation panel,it use man-machine interface,all parameters all digital

processing,observation of dynamic change.

4:To adjust the torch’s vertical direction and angle , ensure the requirements of welding process.

5:The welding speed driven by AC servo motor.Artificial adjustment of welding parameters while the welding.

6:The running status and alarm system in the color can be displayed on the programming terminal,the

maintenance of the system is intuitive, convenient operation.
